Some observations:

  • Times , written in parentheses, are for guidance only. An hour is a little 'strettina. The activity was better in classes where I could use a little 'the next hour.

I normally use Linux with KDE (at home) and Windows XP (at school), I know perfectly well that, for the use which I do, the first has nothing to envy to the second. Linux wins in stability, security, usability, GUI and also ease of use.

I have avoided responding immediately and to never respond to a claim when you are annoyed by something!

Errors, errors ...

For my students I have often said that I make many mistakes, and those who see them are children. I know I'm serious, unfortunately.

I ask them, almost every day not to trust me, to control everything.

Well, Sunday I published a new library or even 48 hours after I found the first mistake!

Today I corrected and then, after two days, here's a new version.

addition to correcting the error on the management of the angles in interactive geometry, I changed some other aspect of pyig and added a couple of examples (and the angles at the center circle, protractor).

errors are revealed through use. I invite all those who encounter errors or failures to report it, within the limits of my ability I will try to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks

Nordictrack Exp 2000i Belt

Library refurbishment

In November, after a year and a half of work, I published the notes for the laboratory of mathematics - computer science. Now, after a month and a half of work (but I did something else ...) I have finished the revision of the graphics library for Python. These libraries include:
  • Cartesian geometry, the geometry of
  • turtle
  • Interactive Geometry,
  • plotter functions in two variables.
Not many news, but I reviewed all the code and made the library more usable and consistent.

addition to the libraries mentioned, pygraph_02_03 also contains many examples, a complete manual in Italian and some other introductory texts to programming.

Python is a beautiful language to learn programming and graphics tools help.

The high level of abstraction allowed in Python and its libraries allow you to focus on problems in mathematical or geometric millennial leaving the second floor problems related to language problems in a few years will be exceeded.
